Founder of Millennium Management, one of the largest multi-strategy hedge funds in the world, built around a 'pod' structure of many independent trading teams each running their own strategy under a shared risk framework. Englander started the firm with a small amount of capital in 1989 and grew it into a multi-decade fixture among the industry's largest and most consistent multi-strategy platforms.
